What I learned from LOST:
When you’re on a deserted Island you pretend to eat peanut butter like the LOST boys in HOOK. Coincidence?

“…So you can imagine my initial confusion when I meet gluten-tolerant people who choose to eliminate gluten from their diets. Why would anyone willingly give up floury goodness? The ridiculous truth is that people think gluten-free products - breads, baked goods, cereals - are actually better for you…”
Gluten-free dieting crazes may be a bit misunderstood… Read On Here
A few days ago I was finally able to go back & visit WDW. It’s almost been a year since I worked there & was so excited to go back. Decided to fit as much fun stuff as we could in a matter of one day. Also, two of us were celebrating Graduation & ended up with an impulse Mickey-earred grad caps. We got as many notices as we spent dollars on the caps & decided that that alone made it a worthy purchase.
So how do you celebrate Graduation & a Disney reunion? Ice-cream for Dinner!
If you haven’t gone to grab the “Kitchen Sink” of ice-cream at Beaches & Cream on the Disney Boardwalk, put it on your bucket list. Six scoops of ice-cream, a whole can of whipped cream, brownies, angel food cake, chocolate bars, Oreos, bananas, & a can of cherries! (The cherries were in a bowl themselves since I was the only one that wanted them. I think I ate twenty maraschino cherries that day…)

It was delicious & amazing! The plate of fries we grabbed were a good salty mix to the sink too. However, we ate a WHOLE lotta ice-cream & treats for three people. As you can see, we felt a little wonky afterwards.

Tonight I had nothing in my fridge but odds & ends. Apparently we need a real BIG grocery shop.
Anyways… I ended throwing in some mushrooms & onions to the only thing in my freezer, sweet potato fries. With a few extra spices & some djoin mustard to dip they were surprisingly awesome. Luckily, there were a few eggs to whip together too. Now my fridge is empty besides some fruit I will probably eat as “dessert”.
Bon appetit!

I grew up on this book! If only we all could eat as much as this caterpillar, plump up, & then just turn into a beautiful butterfly.
Our story? We eat that much. We plump up. We become obese.
Lucky caterpillar.
