I couldn’t talk about food without talking about coffee! I’ve definitely had multiple posts & photos over this year of me drinking nothing but espressos & lattes. Yum yum!

Before leaving Melbourne, I needed one last fix from the cafe that by far has made the best lattes I’ve ever tasted; 95 Espresso. Talking Dana into coming with me (& a 40 minute tram ride later), we were treating ourselves to delicious desserts & for me, a very very tasty latte.

There is nothing better than waking up to a nice sunny morning on the beach with a coffee in hand. Mmhmm!

After a night staying in Noosa, we headed to the coast for breakfast. Found a cute cafe for take away & ended up sitting on the boardwalk enjoying the sun while we could. It was real nice having a morning where we weren’t rushed out at some early hour & could take some time to wake up & relax a bit.

I’m back from my big 3 week long trip along the East Coast, but I’m still keeping busy. We’ve got some vistors & new friends (from our tour; Jodie & Josefine) prancing around Melbourne with us for the rest of the week. It’s great having some excitement & fellow tourists to wander around with.

One more time for the Australian Grand Prix! I’ve already said a bit about what I did being “Event Staff/Customer Service” at the F1 but here’s a little bit more:

I’d wake up super early to stand in the middle of the street & wait to cram myself in a tram each morning. Luckily I’m pretty tiny because each morning I’d pretty well be the only one able to slip into the tram without having an arm or leg still hanging out the doors. It was really fitting finding a coffee car outside the grounds serving up lattes to get rid of that uncaffienated morning face. Mmmmm coffee!

Standing with the rest of the girls from my team, we were checking passes for the corporate platforms on turns 15 (bottom left) & 16 (middle left). Pretty good views of the last part of the track from where we were. For the most part we heard more than we saw; after all, we were working.

One of the few Canadian references I found (besides me being called “The Canadian” & a Montrealer working catering) was a sponsored Canadian Club V8. Love how we’re able to support drinks while driving… Smart move there. Oye.
